Data Access: SynapBridj enables remote data access via a technician's Smartphone to enable views of complex schematics, mechanical diagrams, infrastructure layouts, and other reference materials in their native formats, i.e. without the data transformations and filtering typically used to present data on a Smartphone.

Data Logging: SynapBridj can be used to create and update information on remote servers in real-time - without the delays and inconvenience of synchronizing data at the end of a shift.

Improved Service: By enabling real-time access and input to reference materials and service logs, SynapBridj enables service technicians to get the information they need when they need it. Because service logs are entered in real-time, management is better able to monitor service levels and job schedules to better serve their clients.
